The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Essenza Medium Fruity Muraglia is a single cultivar obtained from olive varieties Peranzana. The squeezing occurs within 24 hours of collection. The product is bottled in Essenza bottle.

The Essenza Peranzana Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Muraglia is made exclusively with Peranzana olives grown in Puglia. The aroma is medium fruity with notes of tomato, radish, and strong sensations of artichoke. The color appears golden yellow with shining green reflections. On the palate, it fully confirms these fresh, herbaceous, and fruity olfactory notes without excessively bitter and spicy tones.

Olive Varieties: 100% Peranzana (monocultivar).
Pairing ideas: bread, tuna, swordfish, grilled meats, potatoes, vegetables, salads, tomatoes and sauces.

Five generations ago, Antico Frantoio Muraglia started to produce extra virgin olive oil in Andria, in the Southern region of Puglia. Muraglia protects Puglia’s biodiversity, landscape, and olive trees, such as the local Coratina and Peranzana trees. They continue to harvest olives with their hands and to press them cold in their ancient stone mill
