The Mokaflor roasting company was founded in the 1950s in the heart of Florence, behind Piazza della Signoria by Vasco Bernini. From a small shop, the company has evolved and expanded to being today in the third generation of the Bernini family.

An excellent 100% robusta blend, binding the body and creaminess which are typical of this variety together with a full bodied taste.
Units of 250gr and 1000gr
This coffee was tasted as espresso at a temperature of 91°C for 30 ml (28gr) in 22 seconds. The average degassing took place in 60 hours.
Dark hazelnut colored cream with grey nuances. This coffee has an extraordinary body and an unthinkable sweetness that perfectly balance the natural bitterness of robustas. The scents are of wood and cocoa.
