The Mokaflor roasting company was founded in the 1950s in the heart of Florence, behind Piazza della Signoria by Vasco Bernini. From a small shop, the company has evolved and expanded to being today in the third generation of the Bernini family.

A blend that combines the extraordinary harmony of the American washed Arabicas with the full body of Brazilian coffees from Minas Gerais and the characteristic velvety cream typical of a selected production of Indian Robusta. All the coffee varieties that compose the blend are grown in the shadow of banana and pepper trees. The coffee is mix of 80% Arabica with 20% Robusta.
This coffee was tasted in espresso at a temperature of 92°C for 25 ml in 26 seconds. The degassing of the coffee has taken place for 60 hours. The taste is spicy and intense, with an exceptional body which makes the coffee very balanced. The scents are of biscuit, vanilla and light cocoa.
