Full Moon Balsamic Vinegar Grand Reserve is made with the best selection of sweet grapes Pedro Ximenez (only found in Spain). It is aged for 12 years in American Oak barrels, using the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras.
The vinegar is very well-balanced and persistent, with a dark mahogany color and an exceptional flavor of raisins, caramel and nuances of the wood from barrel aging.
Small caviar-like spheres filled with Full Moon’s exquisite, balsamic vinegar add a burst of flavor and striking color presentation to any dish. With their protective membrane derived from marine algae, they have excellent thermal stability and can be used in both cold and hot applications supporting temperatures of up to 100ºC. Each spoonful is a delightful explosion of flavor in the mouth and are ideal to accompany meats, seafoods, fresh fruit, ice cream, and delicate hors d’oeuvres.
