- 5 strawberries cut into four
- 100g watermelon cut into cubes
- 100gr Feta cut into cubes
- 5 chopped mint leaves
- 30g roasted pine nuts
- 50g Valerian
- Salt
- Pepper
- balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp. ΕFKRATO early harvest extra virgin olive oil

Step-by-step
- Wash and clean the strawberries, cut them in halves and add to large bowl
- Clean a slice of watermelon from the seeds and cut in cubes
- Add feta cheese, cut in cubes
- Chop mint leaves and add them
- Prepare a mix of balsamico vinegar, Efkrato Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt , pepper and Valerian. Whisk together the dressing ingredients, season to taste and drizzle over the salad.
